In May 2019, I had the joy of showing my sculptural trugs at London Craft Week, nestled in a curated event on 68 Duke Street, Mayfair. It was a thrilling moment—watching my steam-bent, clinker-built forms enter the luxurious flow of one of the UK's most refined craft festivals.
My trugs, with their subtle rhythm and presence, sat quietly among makers weaving narratives of heritage craft, biophilic design, and functional sculpture. They were small boats of intention—where material, memory, and ritual converge in crafted form.
